Connecting with Others Can Be Easy
"It gave me a lot of perspective as to how easy connecting with people can really be.
On the one hand, it seems so silly that intimacy is so rare in the dominant culture when it's such a primary part of our nature.
On the other hand, the force of habit and fear run deep, and can be a journey to overturn.
I see the Intimacy Lab as a space to challenge these habits and face these fears, laying the groundwork for a new default way of relating to one another. Spaces like it are absolutely vital for the healing of the planet. " Intimacy Lab Participant - Kali, Hawaii 2018
